Final Distributions definition

Final Distributions means, with respect to the Certificates of any Trust on any Distribution Date, the sum of (x) the aggregate amount of all accrued and unpaid interest on such Certificates (excluding interest, if any, payable with respect to the Deposits relating to such Trust) and (y) the Pool Balance of such Certificates as of the immediately preceding Distribution Date (less the amount of the Deposits for such Class of Certificates as of such preceding Distribution Date other than any portion of such Deposits thereafter used to acquire Equipment Notes pursuant to the Note Purchase Agreement). For purposes of calculating Final Distributions with respect to the Certificates of any Trust, any Premium paid on the Equipment Notes held in such Trust which has not been distributed to the Certificateholders of such Trust (other than such Premium or a portion thereof applied to the payment of interest on the Certificates of such Trust or the reduction of the Pool Balance of such Trust) shall be added to the amount of such Final Distributions.

Final Distributions is amended by deleting the word "on" in clause (x) and adding in lieu thereof the following: "calculated at the Stated Interest Rate on the Pool Balance of".

Final Distributions means, with respect to the Certificates of any Trust on any Distribution Date, the sum of (a) the aggregate amount of all accrued and unpaid interest on such Certificates and (b) the Pool Balance of such Certificates as of the immediately preceding Distribution Date.

Examples of Final Distributions in a sentence

• Nothing contained in this Section shall require the consent of a Trustee at any time following the payment of Final Distributions with respect to the related Class of Certificates.

• Nothing contained in this Section 8.01(a) shall require the consent of a Trustee at any time following the payment of Final Distributions with respect to the related Class of Certificates.

• Quarterly reports shall be provided no later than the fifteenth (15th) day of each January, April, July and October until all Final Distributions under the Plan have been made.

• No exterior visible antennae, radio masts, towers, poles, aerials, satellite dishes, or other similar equipment shall be placed on any Home or Lot without the prior written approval thereof being first had and obtained from the ACC as required by this Declaration.

• The Liquidating Trust shall be dissolved and its affairs wound up and the Liquidating Trustee shall make the Final Distributions, upon the earlier of (i) the date which is five (5) years after the Effective Date, and (ii) that date when, (A) in the reasonable judgment of the Liquidating Trustee, substantially all of the assets of the Liquidating Trust have been liquidated and there are no substantial potential sources of additional Cash for Distribution; and (B) there remain no substantial Disputed Claims.

More Definitions of Final Distributions

Final Distributions is amended to read as follows:

Final Distributions shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Subsection 5.1(b).

Final Distributions means, with respect to the Class A Certificates on any Distribution Date, the sum of (x) the aggregate amount of all accrued and unpaid interest on the Class A Certificates (excluding interest, if any, payable with respect to the Deposits relating to the Class A Trust) and (y) the Pool Balance of the Class A Certificates as of the immediately preceding Distribution Date (less the amount of the Deposits for the Class A Certificates as of such preceding Distribution Date other than any portion of such Deposits thereafter used to acquire the Series A Equipment Notes pursuant to the Note Purchase Agreement). For purposes of calculating Final Distributions with respect to the Class A Certificates, any Premium paid on the Series A Equipment Notes held in the Class A Trust which has not been distributed to the Class A Certificateholders (other than such Premium or a portion thereof applied to the payment of interest on the Class A Certificates or the reduction of the Pool Balance of the Class A Trust) shall be added to the amount of such Final Distributions.

Final Distributions is amended by (A) deleting the phrase “, in the case of the Class A Certificates,” in each of clause (x) and clause (y) thereof, (B) adding the phrase “relating to such Trust” after “Deposits” in clause (x) thereof and (C) adding the phrase “for such Class of Certificates” after “the amount of Deposits” in clause (y) thereof.

Final Distributions means the last distributions to be made in accordance with the Plan or of assets and Recoveries by the Creditors Trust, as the case may be: (a) Cash; or (b) surrender or sale of assets under the provisions of this Plan; (c) the Reorganized Debtor Note;
