Initial Distribution definition

Initial Distribution means the distribution made to holders of Allowed Class C-4 Claims on the Distribution Date.

More Definitions of Initial Distribution

Initial Distribution means, with respect to an Allowed Claim, the first distribution of Cash made on account of such Allowed Claim to the holder thereof.
