Certificate Distribution Amount definition

Certificate Distribution Amount means, as of any Payment Date, the amount being distributed to the Trust Certificateholders on such Payment Date.

Certificate Distribution Amount. For any Payment Date, the amount, if any, distributable on the Certificates for such Payment Date pursuant to Section 3.05(a)(xv) of the Indenture.

• With respect to each Distribution Date, the Trustee will instruct the Paying Agent to distribute to Holders as of the immediately preceding Record Date, in immediately available funds, the Certificate Distribution Amount (or if sufficient funds are not available, as much as is available), in accordance with the respective Undivided Beneficial Interests of the Holders.

Certificate Distribution Amount. As to any calendar month, the sum of:

Certificate Distribution Amount shall not cause a further reduction in the Class Principal Balances of the Senior Certificates or Subordinate Certificates; and
