Content Material definition

Content Material means all written copy, illustrations, diagrams, photographs or other materials provided to you as part of the Content Services.
Content Material means product information, text, images, and any other relevant and/or legally required information relating to the listing of Goods on GrabMart/ GrabFood, including third party and Merchant's trademarks and other intellectual property rights related materials.
Content Material means the configurations, templates, tools, learning materials, process flows, maps and structures of D O which is generated by DO.

  • BBC The BBC as defined by Royal Charter and BBC Subsidiaries BBC Content Material broadcast (or otherwise communicated to the public) and/or recorded by the BBC primarily for use in BBC Public Service(s) or BBC Joint Venture Services.

  • The Content Material and other information shared by Member and PSTA for the benefit of the Public Safety Threat Alliance is deemed to be confidential and “sensitive”, in accordance with Addendum A.

  • In the event a government or supervisory authority demands access to Content Material, to the extent allowable by law, PSTA will provide Member with notice of receipt of the demand to provide sufficient time for Member to seek appropriate relief in the relevant jurisdiction.

  • The NRL does not control the Content Material posted to the Site and does not guarantee the accuracy quality or integrity of such Content.

  • PSTA and Member agree that this Agreement and Member’s use of the Content Material are Member’s complete and final documented instructions to PSTA for the Processing of Content Materials, including Personal Data.

  • Except as set forth in Item 3.12 to the Digital Content Disclosure Letter, no --------- consent, notice or approval of any third party is required to ensure that, following the Effective Time, any Digital Content Material Agreement will continue to be in full force and effect without any breach or violation thereof caused by virtue of the Merger or by any other transaction called for by this Agreement or any Digital Content Ancillary Agreement.

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).
