Project Materials definition

Project Materials means any and all works of authorship, artistic, literary and other works, inventions and materials designed, created, developed, written or prepared by the Supplier (or the Supplier's Personnel) in the course of providing the Services, whether individually, collectively or jointly with the Purchaser and on whatever media;

Project Materials means any and all works of authorship and materials developed by the Consultant, its employees, agents in relation to Services (whether individually, collectively or jointly with the Company and on whatever media) including, without limitation, any and all reports, studies, data, diagrams, charts, specifications, pre contractual and contractual documents and all drafts thereof and working papers relating thereto, but excluding consultants ordinary correspondence.

Project Materials means any materials developed or delivered as part of the Project (including the material listed in the "Outputs and outcomes of the project" section of the Application) by or on behalf of the Recipient.

Examples of Project Materials in a sentence

• Sponsor represents and warrants that all of its employees and consultants who may be involved in the Research Project shall have agreed to assign to Sponsor all rights in Inventions and all commercial rights in Project Materials.

• During the term of this Agreement, and at the convenience of the Principal Investigator, the Technical Representative shall have reasonable access to such research records, and the Principal Investigator agrees to furnish Sponsor, upon request, with reasonable amounts of any Project Materials, subject to availability.

• Client will own the copyright in works of authorship that IBM develops for Client under a Statement of Work (SOW) (Project Materials).

More Definitions of Project Materials

Project Materials means all works of authorship and materials as may be developed, written, prepared, produced, created, compiled, collected or supplied by the Grantee, its directors, partners, employees, authorised sub-contractors, Project Coordinator, Collaborating Persons, agents or volunteers in relation to the Project or for the purpose of this Agreement (including without limitation, all reports, teaching or training materials, working papers, studies, compilation of data, diagrams, charts, photographs, drawings, specifications, evaluations, books and records, financial accounts, documents, other things and materials, all pre-contractual and contractual documents and all drafts thereof, which are recorded or stored by whatever means in whatever form or media).

Project Materials means works created by the Supplier in the course of provision of the Deliverables.

Project Materials means Materials that are discovered or developed in the performance of the Research Project.

Project Materials means all non-privileged, final and material studies, applications, reports, permits, plans, drawings, and similar work product, prepared for the Project by Project Consultants for Developer.

Project Materials means all reports, the Specification, documents, papers, information, data, disks, drawings, samples, patterns, in whatever form, medium or format and wherever such Project Materials are located or stored together with all copies of Project Materials
