Complete Installation definition

Complete Installation means not only major items of the plant and equipments covered by the specification but also all incidental sundry components necessary for complete execution and satisfactory performance of installation with all labour charges whether or not those have been mentioned in detail in the tender document in connection with this contract.
Complete Installation of the program shall constitute:

Examples of Complete Installation in a sentence

  • If, at any time within twelve (12) months from the date of Complete Installation, the Licensed Program is considered by Licensee not to be in conformance with the Program Specifications, Licensee shall promptly notify Licensor in writing of such alleged nonconformance, and Licensor shall, within thirty (30) days of receipt of such written notification, correct such deficiency at no cost to Licensee or begin corrective action and diligently pursue the same to completion.

  • drainage installation means a system situated on any premises and vested in the owner thereof and is used for or intended to be used for or in connection with the reception, storage, treatment or conveyance of sewage on that premises to the connecting point and includes drains, fittings, appliances, septic tanks, conservancy tanks, pit latrines and private pumping installations forming part of or ancillary to such systems;

  • Type 3 Installation means any Technical Installation upon which none of the SW, or only a portion of the SW, deployed is licensed for Use with such TPD, and therefore a TPD is not deployed or running.

  • Existing installation means an installation, construction of which began prior to the effective date of any regulation having application to it.

  • New installation means an installation, construction of which began after the effective date of any regulation having application to it.

  • Type 1 Installation means any Technical Installation upon which all SW deployed is licensed for Use with, and is running on, such TPD;

  • meter installation means the meter and, if so equipped, the instrument transformers, wiring, test links, fuses, lamps, loss of potential alarms, meters, data recorders, telecommunication equipment and spin-off data facilities installed to measure power past a meter point, provide remote access to the metered data and monitor the condition of the installed equipment;

Lessee may, however, make non-structural Utility Installations to the interior of the Premises (excluding the roof) without Lessor's consent but upon notice to Lessor, so long as they are not visible from the outside of the Premises, do not involve puncturing, relocating or removing the roof or any existing walls, or changing or interfering with the fire sprinkler or fire detection systems and the cumulative cost thereof during the term of this Lease as extended does not exceed $2,500.00.

  • Utility Installation means carpeting, window and wall coverings, power panels, electrical distribution systems, lighting fixtures, air conditioning, plumbing, and telephone and telecommunication wiring and equipment. At the expiration of the term, Lessor may require the removal of any or all of said alterations, improvements, additions or Utility Installations, and the restoration of the Premises and the Office Building Project to their prior condition, at Lessee's expense.   • Type 2 Installation means any Technical Installation upon which all SW deployed is licensed for Use with, but is not running on, such TPD; and,

  • Standard Installation means the installation of drop cable to a customer’s premise where the distance from the point of entry into the building being served is less than 150 feet from the active cable television system plant.

  • electrical installation means an electrical installation as defined in the Regulations;

  • offshore installation means any installation which is intended for underwater exploitation of mineral resources or exploration with a view to such exploitation;

  • Installation Work means the construction and installation of the System and the Start-up, testing and acceptance (but not the operation and maintenance) thereof; all performed by or for the Power Producer at the Premises.

  • Building, structure, facility, or installation means all of the pollutant-emitting activities which belong to the same industrial grouping, are located on one or more contiguous or adjacent properties, and are under the control of the same person (or persons under common control) except the activities of any vessel. Pollutant-emitting activities shall be considered as part of the same industrial grouping if they belong to the same major group (i.e., which have the same two-digit code) as described in the Standard Industrial Classification Manual, 1972, as amended by the 1977 Supplement (U.S. Government Printing Office stock numbers 4101-0066 and 003-005-00176-0, respectively).

  • Installation Site means the site at which the Product is originally installed.

  • Specialty Alterations means Alterations consisting of kitchens, executive bathrooms, raised computer floors, computer installations, vaults, libraries, internal staircases, dumbwaiters, pneumatic tubes, vertical and horizontal transportation systems, and other Alterations of a similar character.

  • Customer’s Installation means an Electrical Installation and includes Distributed Generation, if Distributed Generation is connected to a Customer's Installation; "Customer’s Premises" means the land and buildings owned or occupied by a Customer, and any land over which the Customer has an easement or right to pass electricity, including:

  • Permitted Installation means the activities and the limits to those activities described in Table 1.1.1 of this Permit.
