Examples of Company Use in a sentence

  • No deductions for Company Use and Lost and Unaccounted For Gas volumes shall be made from refunds allocated to GCR customers.

  • No deductions will be necessary for Company Use and Lost and Unaccounted For Gas.

  • The result of this calculation shall be adjusted for lost and unaccounted-for gas and Company Use and a wet to dry measurement basis.

  • Deductions for Company Use and Lost and Unaccounted For volumes shall be made from the non-GCR portion of the refund based upon the actual percentages for Company Use and Lost and Unaccounted For during the historical refund period.B. Related to Company Use

  • Company IT Systems means all Software, computer hardware, servers, networks, platforms, peripherals, and similar or related items of automated, computerized, or other information technology (IT) networks and systems (including telecommunications networks and systems for voice, data and video) owned, leased, licensed, or used (including through cloud-based or other third-party service providers) by the Company.

  • Station Use means energy consumed within the Facility’s electric energy distribution system as losses, as well as energy used to operate the Facility’s auxiliary equipment. The auxiliary equipment may include, but is not limited to, forced and induced draft fans, cooling towers, boiler feeds pumps, lubricating oil systems, plant lighting, fuel handling systems, control systems, and sump pumps.

  • Private Business Use means use (directly or indirectly) in a trade or business or activity carried on by any Private Person (other than a Tax-Exempt Organization) other than use as a member of, and on the same basis as, the general public.

  • Company Business means the business of the Company as presently conducted.

  • Company Systems means all Software (including Company Products), computer hardware (whether general or special purpose), information technology, electronic data processing, information, record keeping, communications, telecommunications, networks, interfaces, platforms, servers, peripherals, and computer systems (including any outsourced systems and processes) that are owned, leased, licensed or used by or for, or otherwise relied on by, the Company or its Subsidiaries in the conduct of their businesses.

  • Marketplace seller means a seller that makes one or more retail sales through a marketplace that a marketplace facilitator owns, operates, or controls, regardless of whether the seller is required to be registered to collect and remit the tax under this part.

  • MP means Monongahela Power Company, an Ohio corporation.

  • Existing use means a use actually attained in a surface water of the state on or after November 28, 1975, whether or not it is a designated use.

  • Parent Intellectual Property means any Intellectual Property that is owned by, or exclusively licensed to, Parent.

  • Home use means use in a household or its immediate environment.

  • Company IT Assets means all Software, systems, servers, computers, hardware, firmware, middleware, networks, data, data communications lines, routers, hubs, switches and all other information technology equipment, and all associated documentation owned by or licensed, pursuant to valid and enforceable license agreements, to the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Company Source Code means the source code for any Software included in the Customer Offerings or Internal Systems or other confidential information constituting, embodied in or pertaining to such Software.

  • Company Software means Software owned or purported to be owned by or developed by or for the Company or any Company Subsidiary.

  • Existing uses means those uses actually attained in a water body on or after November 28, 1975, whether or not they are included in the water quality standards.
