Date of Receipt. Each Record sent pursuant to the terms of this Section 7.4 will be deemed to have been received on (i) the date of delivery if delivered in person, (ii) the date deposited in the mail if sent by mail, (iii) the date delivered to the courier if sent by overnight courier, (iv) the date of transmission if sent by fax, or (v) the date of transmission, if sent as an Electronic Record by electronic mail or through Xxxxx Fargo’s CEO portal or similar secure electronic channel to which the parties have agreed; except that any request for an Advance or any other notice, request, demand or other communication from Company required under Section 1, and any request for an accounting under Section 9-210 of the UCC, will not be deemed to have been received until actual receipt by Xxxxx Fargo on a Business Day by an authorized employee of Xxxxx Fargo.
