Remaining Payments definition

Remaining Payments means the remaining payments of principal of and interest on the Debt Securities that would be due after the related redemption date as if the Debt Securities were redeemed on the Par Call Date. If the applicable redemption date is not an Interest Payment Date, the amount of the next succeeding scheduled interest payment on the Debt Securities will be reduced by the amount of interest accrued on the Debt Securities up to, but excluding, such redemption date.
Remaining Payments means, with respect to the notes of a series to be redeemed, the remaining payments of principal of and interest on such notes that would be due after the related redemption date as if the notes were redeemed on the applicable Par Call Date. If the applicable redemption date is not an interest payment date with respect to the applicable series of notes, the amount of the next succeeding scheduled interest payment on the notes will be reduced by the amount of interest accrued on the notes to such redemption date.
Remaining Payments means the stream of Monthly Payments or DLOC Monthly Payments, as applicable, that would be due, assuming no prepayment, after the proposed prepayment date through the Maturity Date, including any scheduled payment bumps and any balloon payment due on the Maturity Date. ​

  • If Lender has declared due any or all of the Remaining Payments, Borrower will pay immediately to Lender, without duplication, (A) the Remaining Payments, (B) all amounts which may be then due or accrued, and (C) all other amounts due under this Security Agreement and under the Notes (Lender's Return, as referred to below, means the amounts described in clauses (A), (B) and (C) above).

  • Reduction of Remaining Payments Any withdrawal will result in a proportionate reduction of any remaining guaranteed payments and any applicable guaranteed minimum payment amount.

  • The reduction or elimination of the Remaining Payments pursuant to this Section 3.4 shall not release Executive from his obligations under Section 3.1.


More Definitions of Remaining Payments

Remaining Payments means, with respect to any New Note that is redeemed, the remaining payments of interest and the payment of principal (or the portion of the principal) that would have been due with regard to that New Note after the actual Redemption Date, assuming that the New Notes were redeemed on January 15, 2031 at the redemption price listed in the table set forth in Section 10.01(a); provided that, if the Redemption Date is not an Interest Payment Date with respect to such New Note, the amount of the next succeeding scheduled interest payment with respect to such New Note will be reduced by the amount of interest accrued and unpaid with respect to such New Note to the Redemption Date.
Remaining Payments means, with respect to any Security that is redeemed, the remaining payments of interest and the payment of principal (or the portion of the principal) that would have been due with regard to that Security after the actual Redemption Date, assuming that the Securities matured on the Par Call Date; provided, however, that, if such Redemption Date is not an Interest Payment Date with respect to such Security the amount of the next succeeding scheduled interest payment with respect to such Security will be reduced by the amount of interest accrued and unpaid with respect to such Security to such Redemption Date. For the avoidance of doubt, calculations of the Remaining Payments shall not be a duty of the Trustee or any Paying Agent.
