Existing use definition

Existing use means a use actually attained in a surface water of the state on or after November 28, 1975, whether or not it is a designated use.
Existing use means in relation to any building or land the use of that building or land for any purpose of the same character as that for which it was used before the date this Act becomes applicable to the area in which the building or land is situated:

Existing use means use of a building or a structure existing authorisedly before the commencement of these Regulations.
