Communal Development Plan definition

Communal Development Plan means the development plan to be prepared by Communes and approved by the Provincial Decision Committee (as hereinafter defined) pursuant to the Project Implementation Arrêté;
Communal Development Plan or "CDP” means the five-year development plan to be prepared by Eligible Communes and approved by their Municipal Councils and the Divisional Officers pursuant to the Project Implementation Arreie', and “CDPs” means more than one CDP.
Communal Development Plan. (Plan Communal de Développement Communautaire) means the plan prepared by a Commune (as hereinafter defined) pursuant to the Recipient’s Law No. 1/016 of April 20, 2005 and outlining its priority development needs for a given period of five (5) years.
