(17) Cost-sharing Reductions (CSRs) has the meaning set forth in 45 CFR 155.20. (18) Customer Service means assistance regarding Health Insurance Coverage provided to a Consumer, Applicant, or Qualified Individual including but not limited to responding to questions and complaints and providing information about Health Insurance Coverage and enrollment processes in connection with the FFEs.
