Serviced Companion Loan Securities. Any commercial mortgage-backed securities that evidence an interest in or are secured by the assets of an Other Securitization Trust, which assets include a Serviced Companion Loan (or a portion thereof or interest therein).
Serviced Companion Loan Securities. Any class of securities backed, wholly or partially, by any Serviced Pari Passu Companion Loan.
Serviced Companion Loan Securities means for so long as the Mortgage Loan or any successor REO Mortgage Loan is included in the Trust, any class of securities backed by the related Serviced Companion Loan. Any reference herein to a “series” of Serviced Companion Loan Securities shall refer to separate securitizations of one or more of the Serviced Companion Loans.
