The Servicer shall withdraw from the Custodial Account funds necessary for the proper operation, management and maintenance of the REO Property, including the cost of maintaining any hazard insurance pursuant to the FNMA Guides.
The minimum coverage under any such bond and insurance policy shall be at least equal to the corresponding amounts required by FNMA (which, with respect to WFBNA, may be equal to an amount less than the amount required pursuant to the FNMA Guides, provided such lesser amount is otherwise acceptable to FNMA).
All requests for reimbursement of Servicing Advances shall be in accordance with the FNMA Guides.
