Subject to obtaining approval from the Clearing House's Onboarding Department, an SCM may offer certain SwapClear Client Clearing Services to SwapClear Clearing Clients.
SwapClear Client Clearing Services are provided to SwapClear Clearing Clients through an Individual Segregated Account, an Indirect Gross Account, a Custodial Segregated Account or an Omnibus Segregated Account.
Any Clearing Member who wishes to offer Client Clearing Services in respect of a Service to its clients shall apply to the Clearing House and obtain the approval of the Clearing House before first offering such Client Clearing Services in respect of such Service.

The Clearing House shall be entitled to require the delivery of information from a Clearing Member about the criteria and arrangements it adopts for the provision of Client Clearing Services to Clients, both at the time of the process for the approval of the offering by the relevant Clearing Member of Client Clearing Services and as deemed necessary by the Clearing House on an ongoing basis.
