Relevant Clearing System definition
Relevant Clearing System means (i) Euroclear, (ii) Clearstream, Luxembourg, or (iii) any other recognised clearing system in which ETP Securities of a Series may be cleared.

Relevant Clearing System means either Clearstream Luxembourg or Euroclear and "Relevant Clearing Systems" means both Clearstream Luxembourg and Euroclear collectively.
