CleanTelligent Knowledge Base definition

CleanTelligent Knowledge Base means a website for active Service Provider Users to use that contains Documentation and may contain a user forum, as determined by CleanBrain from time to time in its sole discretion. CleanBrain shall determine the content of the Documentation from time to time in its sole discretion. Although CleanBrain shall make reasonable efforts to keep the Documentation up to date, CleanBrain does not guarantee the accuracy of such content. In addition, such content may become temporarily out of date until such content is updated as changes are made to the CleanTelligent Subscription Services.
CleanTelligent Knowledge Base means a website that may be available to Service Provider Users which contains Documentation and may contain a user forum, as determined by CleanBrain from time to time in its sole discretion. CleanBrain shall determine the content of the Documentation from time to time in its sole discretion. Although CleanBrain shall make reasonable efforts to keep the Documentation up to date, CleanBrain does not guarantee the accuracy of such content. In addition, such content may become temporarily out of date until such content is updated as changes are made to the CleanTelligent Subscription Services and/or other services and/or products provided by Client or its designees, directly or indirectly.

  • No employee, agent, representative, affiliate, or Sales Contractor of CleanBrain, or CleanBrain Employees, has authority to bind CleanBrain to any oral representations or warranty concerning the Software, CleanTelligent Subscription Services, Documentation, Phone/Email/Webinar/Chat Support, CleanTelligent Knowledge Base, Implementation Services, Admin Assist Services, Basic Support Services, Priority Support Services, Business Intelligence/Visualizer Services, or any other services hereunder.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, CleanBrain may offer the CleanTelligent Subscription Services, Documentation, Phone/Email/Webinar/Chat Support, CleanTelligent Knowledge Base, Implementation Services, and/or Admin Assist Services in different languages from time to time in the exercise of its sole discretion.

  • Both Client and CleanBrain agree that the language of this Agreement, the CleanTelligent Subscription Services, Documentation, Phone/Email/Webinar/Chat Support, CleanTelligent Knowledge Base, Implementation Services, and Admin Assist Services shall be in the English language.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, CleanBrain may offer the CleanTelligent Subscription Services, Documentation, Phone/Email/Webinar/Chat Support, CleanTelligent Knowledge Base, Implementation Services, Admin Assist Services and/or such other services and/or products in different languages from time to time in the exercise of its sole discretion.

  • Both Client and CleanBrain agree that the language of this Agreement, the CleanTelligent Subscription Services, Documentation, Phone/Email/Webinar/Chat Support, CleanTelligent Knowledge Base, Implementation Services, Admin Assist Services and/or other services and/or products provided by CleanBrain or its designees, directly or indirectly, shall be in the English language.

  • Client hereby waives any and all claims against CleanBrain, and shall indemnify and defend CleanBrain, from claims made against CleanBrain by Client’s Access Agents, for any translation errors in the CleanTelligent Subscription Services, Documentation, Phone/Email/Webinar/Chat Support, CleanTelligent Knowledge Base, Implementation Services, and/or Admin Assist Services.

  • Client hereby waives any and all claims against CleanBrain, and shall indemnify and defend CleanBrain, from claims made against CleanBrain by Client’s Users, for any translation errors in the CleanTelligent Subscription Services, Documentation, Phone/Email/Webinar/Chat Support, CleanTelligent Knowledge Base, Implementation Services, and/or Admin Assist Services.

Related to CleanTelligent Knowledge Base

  • Parent’s Knowledge means the actual knowledge of those individuals identified in Section 1.1(b) of the Parent Disclosure Schedule.

  • Best Knowledge means both what a Person knew as well as what the Person should have known had the Person exercised reasonable diligence. When used with respect to a Person other than a natural person, the term "Best Knowledge" shall include matters that are known to the directors and officers of the Person.
