Joint Know-How definition

Joint Know-How has the meaning set forth in Section 9.1.2.
Joint Know-How means Know-How that is made jointly by the Parties or their Affiliates or their Sublicensees in connection with any activity carried out pursuant to this Agreement.
Joint Know-How shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.4.

  • Each Party shall promptly disclose to the other Party in writing, and shall cause its Affiliates, (and in the case of Akebia, its Sublicensees) to so disclose, the development, making, conception, or reduction to practice of any Joint Know-How or Joint Patents.

Joint Know-How shall have the meaning set out in Section 10.1(a).
