Class Counsel Fees and Expenses definition

Class Counsel Fees and Expenses means the amount of USD$400,000, plus HST, to be paid to Class Counsel on account of all work performed in the Action as well as all fees and disbursements in connection with this Action, including, without limitation, any future fees or costs to be incurred in connection with monitoring the Settlement during the Settlement administration process.
Class Counsel Fees and Expenses means the sum of up to One Hundred Fifty Thousand United States Dollars ($150,000) awarded by the Court to Class Counsel for fees and expenses for prosecuting this Action.
Class Counsel Fees and Expenses means Class Counsel’s attorney fees and expenses as set forth in Section III(6).

More Definitions of Class Counsel Fees and Expenses

Class Counsel Fees and Expenses means the legal fees, disbursements, and applicable taxes of Class Counsel;
Class Counsel Fees and Expenses means the reasonable attorneysfees and expenses approved by the Court, to be paid by Defendant.
