Based upon their investigation and prosecution of the Action, Plaintiffs and Plaintiffs’ Counsel believe that the claims asserted have merit, but also believe that the Settlement set forth herein provides substantial and immediate benefits for the Classes.
Plaintiffs and/or Plaintiffs’ Counsel shall retain the Settlement Administrator to provide notice of the Settlement to the Classes and for the disbursement of the Net Settlement Fund to Eligible Class Members.
