Attorney Fees and Expenses definition

Attorney Fees and Expenses means the amount of any attorney fees and reimbursement of litigation expenses awarded to Class Counsel pursuant to their Fee Petitions.
Attorney Fees and Expenses means all fees and expenses of outside attorneys for both defendants and plaintiffs, as respects claims subject to this Contract.
Attorney Fees and Expenses means the reasonable amounts awarded by the Court as compensation for the services provided by Plaintiffs’ Class Counsel and as reimbursement of their reasonable costs and expenses (including expert or consulting witness fees and expenses), as provided in Paragraph 14.3, below.

  • Attorneys means the Attorneys stipulated in clause 4 of the Covering Schedule;

  • Costs For any Person, any claims, losses, damages, penalties, fines, forfeitures, reasonable and necessary legal fees and related costs, judgments, and other costs and expenses of such Person.
