Case Contribution Award means any monetary amount ordered by the Court to be paid from the Qualified Settlement Fund in recognition of the Named Plaintiffs’ assistance in the prosecution of this Action and payable pursuant to Section 13.3. Defendants shall not take any position with respect to a Case Contribution Award and will leave this matter to the sound discretion of the Court.
