Fee and Expense Application definition

Fee and Expense Application means the motion to be filed by Class Counsel, in which they will seek approval of an award of attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses, as well as an Incentive Award for the Class Representative.
Fee and Expense Application means Class Counsel’s application, on behalf of Plaintiffs’ Counsel, for an award of attorneys’ fees and payment of litigation expenses incurred in commencing, prosecuting, and settling the Action, including any costs and expenses of Class Representatives pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 78u-4(a)(4) of the PSLRA.
Fee and Expense Application means Lead Counsel’s application for an award of attorneys’ fees and payment of Litigation Expenses incurred in prosecuting the case, including any expenses of Lead Plaintiff pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 78u-4(a)(4) of the PSLRA.

Examples of Fee and Expense Application in a sentence

  • No order of the Court, or modification or reversal on appeal of any order of the Court concerning any Plan of Allocation or any Fee and Expense Application or Fee and Expense Award, shall operate to terminate or cancel this Stipulation or constitute grounds for cancellation or termination of this Stipulation.

  • The fairness and reasonableness of the Settlement will be determined without regard to the payment of attorneys’ fees and expenses or award to Lead Plaintiff, and no objection, motion or appeal with respect to such fees or expenses or awards, including any Fee and Expense Application or Fee and Expense Award, shall affect the finality of any judgment approving the Settlement or any release related thereto, including the Releases.

  • See ECF No. 80-2, Ex. A ¶ 5; Point I.A, supra.3 As stated in the Notice, the Fee and Expense Application also requests a $10,000 award for Lead Plaintiff’s costs and expenses directly related to its representation of the Settlement Class.

  • The Notice shall contain the general terms of the Settlement set forth in this Stipulation, the proposed Plan of Allocation, the general terms of the Fee and Expense Application (defined in ¶6.1 below), and the date of the Settlement Hearing (which will be set by the Court in the Preliminary Approval Order).

  • At or after the Settlement Hearing, Lead Counsel also will request that the Court approve the proposed Plan of Allocation and the Fee and Expense Application (defined in ¶6.1 below).

Fee and Expense Application means the petition to be filed by Class Counsel seeking approval of an award of Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses.
