Redevelopment Agreement. The City and Redeveloper entered into that certain Redevelopment Agreement dated as of this even date, describing the Redeveloper Public Improvements being made on behalf of the City in the Redevelopment Project Area and the Private Improvements being made to real property Redeveloper will be acquiring pursuant to its contract interest in the City of Lincoln, Nebraska, as more particularly described on the Notice to Proceed (“Project Site”).
Redevelopment Agreement. The City and Redeveloper entered into that certain Redevelopment Agreement dated as of this even date, describing the public improvements being made on behalf of the City in the Project Area and the Private Improvements being made to real property owned by the Redeveloper and legally described on Attachment 1.
Redevelopment Agreement. The City and Redeveloper have entered into that certain Redevelopment Agreement dated as of this even date, describing the public improvements being made by the City in the Redevelopment Area and the Building to be constructed on the real property owned by Redeveloper and legally described as: Lots 49-55 Xxxxx and Xxxxxx Subdivision; Lots 11-17 XxXxxxxx’x Addition, Block 2; The vacated East/West alley between South Antelope Valley Parkway and South 20th Street (the “Property”).
Redevelopment Agreement. The City, Redeveloper and Property Owner entered into that certain Redevelopment Agreement dated as of this even date, describing the Redeveloper Public Improvements being made on behalf of the City in the Redevelopment Project Area and the Private Improvements being made to real property currently owned by the Property Owner and eventually by the Redeveloper in the City of Lincoln, Nebraska, as more particularly described as the West half of Lot 10 and all of Xxxx 00 xxx 00, Xxxxx 00, Xxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxx of Lincoln, Lancaster County, Nebraska (“Project Site”).
Redevelopment Agreement. The City, Seniors Foundation and Developer entered into that certain Second Amendment and Restatement of City of Lincoln Redevelopment Agreement (Victory Park-VA Campus) dated October 17, 2016, as amended (“Redevelopment Agreement”) and a Memorandum of the Redevelopment Agreement and Use Restrictions was executed and filed with the Lancaster County Register of Deeds on December 5, 2016 as Instrument Number 2016-050771. This Agreement amends and modifies the Redevelopment Agreement.
Redevelopment Agreement. The City, Redeveloper and Property Owner entered into that certain Redevelopment Agreement dated DATE, describing the Redeveloper Improvements being made to real property currently owned by the Redeveloper in the City of Lincoln, Nebraska, as more particularly described as: Xxxx 0 xxxxxxx 0, Xxxxx 00, Xxxxxxx Original Addition, Lincoln, Lancaster County, Nebraska.
Redevelopment Agreement. The City and Redeveloper entered into that certain Redevelopment Agreement dated as of this even date, describing the public improvements being made on behalf of the City in the Project Area and the Private Improvements being made to real property owned by the Redeveloper and legally as: Xxxx 00, 00, 00, xxx 00, Xxxxx 8, Lincoln Driving Park Company’s First Subdivision, Lincoln, Lancaster County, Nebraska
Redevelopment Agreement. The City and Redeveloper entered into that certain City of Lincoln Redevelopment Agreement (Huvepharma) dated , 2017 (“Redevelopment Agreement”), describing the public improvements being made on behalf of the City in the Redevelopment Area and the Private Improvements being made to real property owned by (or to be leased by) the Redeveloper and legally described on the attached and incorporated Exhibit “A”.
Redevelopment Agreement. The Urban Renewal Entity shall give the City written notice of any such Security Arrangements, together with the name and address of the secured party or secured parties. Failure to provide such notice waives any requirement of the City hereunder to provide any notice of default or notice of intent to enforce its remedies under this Financial Agreement.
Redevelopment Agreement. SERA and SSA have entered into a certain Redevelopment Agreement of even date herewith for the redevelopment of the Property (the "Redevelopment Agreement"), which Redevelopment Agreement sets forth all of the terms, covenants, conditions, representations and agreements of the parties.
