CfD Documents definition

CfD Documents means the Contract for Difference and each of the agreements entered into between the CfD Counterparty and the Transferor which are listed in Annex 1 to this Agreement;
CfD Documents means the AF Rules, The Contracts for Difference (Allocation) Regulations 2014, The Contracts for Difference (Definition of Eligible Generator) Regulations 2014 and The Contracts for Difference (Supplier Obligation) Regulations 2014 and any other regulations made under Chapter 2 of Part 2 of the Energy Act 2013 which are in force from time to time.

Examples of CfD Documents in a sentence

  • It is hereby agreed and declared that the CfD Documents as novated shall continue in full force and effect and that, as from the Effective Date, the terms and conditions of the CfD Documents have only changed to the extent set out in this Agreement.

  • With effect from the Effective Date, the CfD Counterparty agrees to perform all its duties and to discharge all its obligations under the CfD Documents and to be bound by all the terms and conditions of the CfD Documents in every way as if the Transferee were named in each CfD Document as a party in place of the Transferor from the date of each CfD Document.

  • With effect from the Effective Date, the CfD Counterparty releases and discharges the Transferor from all liabilities, duties and obligations of every description, whether deriving from contract, common law, statute or otherwise, whether present or future, actual or contingent, ascertained or disputed, owing to the CfD Counterparty and arising out of or in respect of the CfD Documents.

  • Bid Documents means all the documents issued by the Chief Procurement Officer, or referenced by the Chief Procurement Officer as being available on the City's website and incorporated by such reference, in connection with an invitation for bids or proposals. Except for such Bid Documents as are posted on the City's website and incorporated by reference, all Bid Documents must be submitted by a bidder on the Bid Opening Date.

  • Related Documents mean and include without limitation all promissory notes, credit agreements, loan agreements, environmental agreements, guaranties, security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, and all other instruments, agreements and documents, whether now or hereafter existing, executed in connection with the Indebtedness.

  • Operative Documents means the Purchase Agreement, the Indenture, the Trust Agreement, the Notes and the Trust Securities.

  • Financing Documents means, collectively, this Agreement, the Note, the Security Documents, the Account Control Agreement and any other agreements, documents or certificates delivered pursuant hereto or thereto.

  • Bidding Documents means the set of Bidding Documents that preceded the placement of the Contract of which these GCC form a part, which were sold or issued by the Purchaser to potential Bidders, and in which the specifications, terms and conditions of the proposed procurement were prescribed.

  • Contractor Documents means one or more document, agreement or other instrument required by Contractor in connection with the performance of the products and services being purchased by the State, regardless of format, including the license agreement, end user license agreement or similar document, any hyperlinks to documents contained in the Contractor Documents, agreement or other instrument and any other paper or “shrinkwrap,” “clickwrap,” “browsewrap” or other electronic version thereof.
