Fund Documents definition

Fund Documents those documents prepared by the Fund that, pursuant to Rule 498(e)(1), must be publicly accessible, free of charge, at the Web site address specified on the cover page or at the beginning of the Summary Prospectus.
Fund Documents means the constitutive and governing documents, subscription agreements and other agreements of a Fund specifying the terms and conditions relating to the related Fund Interest, as amended from time to time.

Fund Documents means, in relation to any Fund, the constitutive and governing documents, subscription agreements and other agreements of such Fund specifying the terms and conditions relating to such Fund, in each case as amended and supplemented from time to time;
