The Certificate of Transfer of Undertaking shall be evidence of the transfer to and vesting in the transferee bank of the undertaking.
The transferee bank shall, within 8 days of the appointed day, submit the Certificate of Transfer of Undertaking, together with a final list of the assets and liabilities of the transferor bank updated as at the day immediately preceding the appointed day, to the Registrar-General for registration and transcription, and provide a certified copy thereof to the Conservator of Mortgages.
