Certificate of Amalgamation definition

Certificate of Amalgamation means the certificate of amalgamation to be issued by the Director in respect of the Amalgamation;
Certificate of Amalgamation means the certificate to be issued by the Registrar pursuant to subsection 185(4) of the ABCA giving effect to the Amalgamation;
Certificate of Amalgamation means the certificate of amalgamation to be issued by the Director, as date stamped on the Articles of Amalgamation, evidencing that the Articles of Amalgamation are effective;

More Definitions of Certificate of Amalgamation

Certificate of Amalgamation means the certificate of amalgamation to be issued by the Registrar of Companies in respect of the Amalgamation in accordance with Section 281 of the BCBCA;
