Deed of Transfer definition

Deed of Transfer means the notarial instrument of transfer of the Shares (as relevant), substantially in the forms set forth in Schedule E.

Deed of Transfer means the notarial deeds to be executed by each of the Sellers, the Purchaser and the Notary in the form set out in Schedule 7 “Deed of Transfer”;
