Principal Trading Market definition

Principal Trading Market means the Trading Market on which the Common Stock is primarily listed on and quoted for trading, which, as of the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date, shall be the Nasdaq Global Select Market.
Principal Trading Market means the national securities exchange or other trading market on which the Common Stock is primarily listed on and quoted for trading, which, as of the Original Issue Date, shall be the Nasdaq Global Select Market.
Principal Trading Market means the Trading Market on which the Common Stock is primarily listed on and quoted for trading, which, as of the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date, shall be the Nasdaq Capital Market.

  • If the Company should effectuate a reverse stock split in order to list or retain listing on a Principal Trading Market and the Volume Weighted Average Price of the Common Stock during the ten trading days preceding the effective date of the reverse split is less than Conversion Price then in effect, then the Conversion Price will be adjusted to the Volume Weighted Average Price of the Common Stock during the ten trading days preceding the effective date of the reverse split on an adjusted basis.

  • Except as set forth on Schedule 3.1(y), the Company is in compliance with all listing and maintenance requirements of the Principal Trading Market on the date hereof.

  • The Company shall use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the Company’s listing on the Principal Trading Market.


More Definitions of Principal Trading Market

Principal Trading Market means the Over the Counter Bulletin Board or such other market on which the Common Stock is principally traded at the relevant time.
Principal Trading Market means the Trading Market on which the Common Stock is primarily listed on and quoted for trading.
