Stock Certificate definition

Stock Certificate. With respect to a Cooperative Loan, a certificate evidencing ownership of the Cooperative Shares issued by the Cooperative.
Stock Certificate means, with respect to a Co-op Loan, the certificates evidencing ownership of the Co-op Shares issued by the Co-op Corporation.
Stock Certificate means a certificate representing shares in the form then currently in use by the Company.
