Examples of Certificate of Total Performance in a sentence
The Contractor's application for the Certificate of Total Performance shall constitute a waiver and release by the Contractor of any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Contract that have arisen between the date of Substantial Performance and the date of the Certificate of Total Performance.
The Contractor may apply for a Certificate of Total Performance and the procedure and requirements for the issuance of the Certificate of Total Performance shall include the provision by the Contractor of the sworn declaration and Workers' Compensation Board compliance documentation.
