Environmental Performance definition

Environmental Performance means all or any of the following: the consumption of energy and associated generation of greenhouse gas emissions; the consumption of water; waste generation and management; and any other environmental impact arising from the use or operation of the Premises or the Estate;
Environmental Performance means the measurable results of an organisation's management of its environmental aspects;
Environmental Performance means the effects, whether regulated under chs.280 to 295 or unregulated, of a facility on air, water, land, natural resources and human health.

Examples of Environmental Performance in a sentence

  • Environmental Performance: Waste Reduction Program - Contractor shall establish a program to promote cost-effective waste reduction in all operations and facilities covered by this contract.

  • Data Sharing The Tenant must, if required by the Landlord, provide the Landlord on a [quarterly] [annual] basis, all data relative to the Environmental Performance of the Premises that the Tenant holds, such data to be delivered: in a form which provides meaningful and useful information; and using an industry accepted methodology, agreed by the Landlord and the Tenant (each being bound to act reasonably), to ensure consistency of the data.

  • Auditing the Environmental Performance of the Estate and, where reasonable and cost-effective to do so, implementing the recommendations of any environmental management plan the Landlord has for the Estate from time to time.

  • If any Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS), Record of Decision and/or secured permits and permit conditions result in changes to the scope of the Environmental Performance Commitments or the Design-Builder’s obligations with respect to Environmental Approvals as set forth in Part 3, Section 7 – Environmental, the Design-Builder shall be entitled to a negotiated Change Order addressing the changes.

  • Auditing the Environmental Performance of the Building and, where reasonable and cost-effective to do so, implementing the recommendations of any environmental management plan the Landlord has for the Building from time to time.


More Definitions of Environmental Performance

Environmental Performance means the performance of a certain product or product group or trader or sector related to the environmental aspects or environmental impacts of that product or product group or the activities of that trader or sector;
Environmental Performance all or any of the following:
Environmental Performance of a product means the results of the manufacturer’s management of the environmental aspects of the product, as reflected in its technical documentation file;
Environmental Performance of an EuP ⇨ a product ⇦ means the results of the manufacturer's management of the environmental aspects of the EuP ⇨ product ⇦ , as reflected in its technical documentation file;
Environmental Performance means the result of a manufacturer's management of those characteristics of a product that cause environmental impact;
Environmental Performance means the results of an organisa- tion's management of its environmental aspects;
Environmental Performance means results of the data collected pursuant to implementation of the Environmental Management Plan as measured against policy, objectives and targets.
