Environmental Performance definition

Environmental Performance all or any of the following: (a) the consumption of energy and associated generation of greenhouse gas emissions; (b) the consumption of water; (c) waste generation and management; and (d) any other environmental impact arising from the use or operation of the Building or any part(s) of it;
Environmental Performance means the performance of a certain product or product group or trader or sector related to the environmental aspects or environmental impacts of that product or product group or the activities of that trader or sector;
Environmental Performance means the measurable results of an organisation's management of its environmental aspects;

Examples of Environmental Performance in a sentence

  • Auditing the Environmental Performance of the Estate and, where reasonable and cost-effective to do so, implementing the recommendations of any environmental management plan the Landlord has for the Estate from time to time.

  • The Tenant must, if required by the Landlord, provide the Landlord on a [quarterly] [annual] basis, all data relative to the Environmental Performance of the Premises that the Tenant holds, such data to be delivered: in a form which provides meaningful and useful information; and using an industry accepted methodology, agreed by the Landlord and the Tenant (each being bound to act reasonably), to ensure consistency of the data.

More Definitions of Environmental Performance

Environmental Performance means the effects, whether regulated under chs. 280 to 295 or unregulated, of a facility on air, water, land, natural resources and human health.
Environmental Performance unless otherwise qualified, means the effects, whether regulated under chs. 29 to 31, 160, or 280 to 299 or unregulated, of a facility or activity on air, water, land, natural resources, and human health.
