TEM will provide to Cheyenne an Annual Performance Report in the format required by the Wyoming Business Council at least thirty (30) days prior to the date that Cheyenne must submit its Annual Performance Report to the Wyoming Business Council.
On each anniversary of the end of the Contract Term, and for a duration of 5 years, the Contractor shall prepare and submit an Annual Performance Report to the representative for technical matters of the current Phi-Lab United Kingdom, as well as to the Agency following the provisions of Appendix 1, section 4.1.
