Century Compliant means that a product or item:
Century Compliant means that a product or item: Is able to process date data accurately including date data century recognition, calculations that accommodate same century and multi-century formulas and date values (including leap year factors), and date data interface values that reflect century when used either in a stand-alone configuration or in combination with other century compliant products used by the State; and will not abnormally terminate its function or provide or cause invalid or incorrect results due to incompatibility with the calendar year.
Century Compliant means that the Software satisfies the requirements set ----------------- forth in Section 9.3 below.

Century Compliant means that the Procured System satisfies the requirements set forth in Sections 1.(b), 1.(c), and 1.(d) below.

Century Compliant means that the eFunds Products shall be capable of accounting for all calculations using a century/date sensitive algorithm for the 201 and 2 1 st century in performing the functions described in eFunds' current Documentation, if properly used within the specified operating environment. The eFunds Products will recognize the rollover to year 2000 and the fact that the year 2000 is a leap year. eFunds' sole obligation under Us provision shall be to correct any material errors or malfunctions necessary to make the eFunds Products Century Compliant, at no additional charge to Client. eFunds shall not be required to render Century Compliant any Client unique software, custom code, or other product that eFunds has identified as being non-standard. eFunds shall not be required to provide Century Compliant support to any customer which is not current in all payments overall to eFunds. Client is responsible for notifying its vendors and having its vendors' code modified to eFunds' format. eFunds shall not be required to provide Century Compliant modifications for (a) software for which Client rightfully has source code and which is not under maintenance with eFunds; or (b) software owned by Client or licensed by Client from a third party. EFunds shall not be liable for any Century Compliant failure if such failure was caused by Client or third party hardware, software, or interfaces to the processing software. This statement is a reflection of eFunds' intention to provide a cost free customer service to customers under specified terms and conditions. This statement is not a representation or warranty by eFunds with respect to any eFunds Products or other software.

Century Compliant means that a hardware or software component will: (a) store and process all date-related information in a manner that unambiguously identifies the century for all date values before, during and after the year 2000; (b) correctly and consistently calculate, sort and report all date information processed by the component; (c) calculate, sort, report and otherwise operate correctly, consistently and without interruption before, during or after the year 2000; (d) report and display all dates in four digits so that the century is unambiguously identified; and (e) correctly handle all leap years, including but not limited to the year 2000.
Century Compliant means that such Software is capable and will remain capable of providing accurate results using data having date ranges spanning the twentieth (20th) and twenty first (21st) centuries (the Y2K Period). Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, each Borrower represents and warrants that all such Software can currently and shall, during the Y2K Period, continue to (a) manage and manipulate data involving all dates within the Y2K Period (including the fact that the year 2000 is a leap year) without functional or data abnormality related to such dates; (b) manage and manipulate data involving all dates within the Y2K Period without inaccurate results related to such dates; (c) have user interfaces and data fields formatted to distinguish between dates within the Y2K Period; and (d) store all core application data in a format that includes indications of the millennium, century, and decade as well as the actual year.
Century Compliant means that such Software is capable and will remain capable of providing accurate results using data having date ranges spanning the twentieth (20th) and twenty first (21st) centuries (the"Y2K Period"), except where the failure to do so would not have a Material Adverse Effect.
