Carrying Cost Reserve Ratio definition

Carrying Cost Reserve Ratio means, as of any Settlement Report Date and continuing until (but not including) the next Settlement Report Date, an amount (expressed as a percentage) equal to (a) the product of (i) 2.0 times Days Sales Outstanding as of such day and (ii) 1.50 times the Discount Rate as of such day, divided by (b) 360.
Carrying Cost Reserve Ratio means, on any date of determination, an amount, expressed as a percentage, equal to (a) the product of (i) 2 times DSO as of such day and (ii) the Base Rate in effect as of such day plus 2%, divided by (b) 365 (or 366, as applicable).
Carrying Cost Reserve Ratio means, for any Calculation Period, the product (expressed as a percentage) of (i) 1.5 times (ii) the Alternate Base Rate as of the immediately preceding Cut-Off Date times (iii) a fraction the numerator of which is the highest Days Sales Outstanding for the most recent 12 Calculation Periods and the denominator of which is 360.

Carrying Cost Reserve Ratio means, as of any Settlement Report Date and continuing until (but not including) the next Settlement Report Date, an amount (expressed as a percentage) equal to (a) the product of (i) 2.0 times Days Sales Outstanding as of such day and (ii) 1.30 times the Alternate Base Rate in effect as of such day divided by (b) 365.
