Bank Insurance Fund means the Bank Insurance Fund maintained by the FDIC.

"Company Bylaws" means the Bylaws of the Company, as amended. "Company Common Stock" means the common stock of the Company. "Company ESOP" means the Company's Employee Stock Ownership Plan, as amended. "Company 401(k) Plan" means the First National Bank of Bar Harbor 401(k) Savings Plan. "Company Group" means any "affiliated group" (as defined in Section 1504(a) of the Code without regard to the limitations contained in Section 1504(b) of the Code) that includes the Company and its Subsidiaries or any predecessor of or any successor to the Company (or to another such predecessor or successor).
