Floating Tranche definition

Floating Tranche means, with respect to any CP Conduit Purchaser Group, the portion of the APA Bank Funded Amount with respect to such CP Conduit Purchaser Group not allocated to a Eurodollar Tranche.

Floating Tranche means, with respect to any Purchaser Group, the portion of the APA Bank Funded Amount with respect to such Purchaser Group not allocated to a Eurodollar Tranche.

Floating Tranche means, a Funding Tranche that accrues interest at the Base Rate.
