Class B Certificates definition

Class B Certificates. The Class B-1, Class B-2, Class B-3, Class B-4, Class B-5 and Class B-6 Certificates.
Class B Certificates means any one of the Certificates executed by the Transferors and authenticated by or on behalf of the Trustee, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-2.
Class B Certificates. As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

Examples of Class B Certificates in a sentence

  • As provided in the Agreement and subject to certain limitations therein set forth, Class B Certificates are exchangeable for new Class B Certificates evidencing like aggregate fractional undivided interests as requested by the Class B Certificateholder surrendering such Class B Certificates.

Class B Certificates means the certificates issued by the Class B Trust, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Class B Trust Agreement, and authenticated by the Class B Trustee, representing fractional undivided interests in the Class B Trust, and any certificates issued in exchange therefor or replacement thereof pursuant to the terms of the Class B Trust Agreement.
