Capital Call Amount definition

Capital Call Amount is defined in Section 3.3(b).

Capital Call Amount means, with respect to a particular Capital Call, the aggregate amount of the cash contributions required to be made to the Partnership by its partners in connection therewith.

Capital Call Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.03(b).

Examples of Capital Call Amount in a sentence

• In the event that a Contribution Event other than a Member Contribution Event occurs following the Investment Period, the Capital Contribution to be made by each Member shall be the applicable Capital Call Amount multiplied by such Member’s Post Investment Period Contribution Percentage.

Capital Call Amount means, as of the end of any fiscal quarter, the aggregate amount of unsatisfied calls by Borrowers for equity capital outstanding as of such date or otherwise made by Borrowers within fifteen (15) Business Days after such date, to the extent such capital calls are satisfied and paid in cash, by wire transfer or otherwise, within thirty (30) days after the end of such fiscal quarter.
