Investment Amount definition
Investment Amount means the dollar amount to be invested by Investor to purchase Put Shares with respect to any Put as notified by the Company to Investor in accordance with Section 2.2.
Investment Amount means, with respect to each Investor, the Investment Amount indicated on such Investor’s signature page to this Agreement.
Investment Amount means the Put Shares referenced in the Put Notice multiplied by the Purchase Price minus the Clearing Costs.
Examples of Investment Amount in a sentence
This Agreement constitutes an enforceable, contractual obligation of the Investor to pay such Investment Amount to the Company upon satisfaction of the foregoing conditions.
On each Closing Date the Investor shall pay to the Company the applicable Investment Amount for such Purchase Notice Shares by wire transfer of immediately available funds to an account designated by the Company.
More Definitions of Investment Amount
Investment Amount shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.1(f) hereof.
Investment Amount means the dollar value equal to the amount of Put Shares referenced in the Put Notice multiplied by the Purchase Price minus the Clearing Costs.
Investment Amount means the Purchase Notice Amount less Clearing Costs.
Investment Amount means the dollar amount to be invested in the Company at the Closing pursuant to this Agreement by a Purchaser, as set forth on the Execution Page hereto executed by such Purchaser.

Investment Amount means, with respect to each Investor, the Investment Amount indicated on such Investor’s signature page to this Agreement, which is also reflected on the Schedule of Investors attached hereto as Appendix A.
