Class A Adjusted Invested Amount definition

Class A Adjusted Invested Amount means, with respect to any date of determination, an amount equal to the Class A Invested Amount less the Principal Funding Account Balance (but not in excess of the Class A Invested Amount) on such date.
Class A Adjusted Invested Amount means, for any date of determination, an amount not less than zero equal to the then current Class A Invested Amount minus the sum of the Principal Funding Account Balance and the amount then on deposit in the Principal Account for the benefit of the Class A Securities on such date of determination.
