The share of the Servicing Fee for each Monthly Period allocable to the Class B Certificates shall be equal to one-twelfth of the product of the Series Servicing Fee Percentage and the Class B Adjusted Invested Amount on the last day of the preceding Monthly Period (the "Class B Monthly Servicing Fee").
