Class B Adjusted Invested Amount definition

Class B Adjusted Invested Amount means, with respect to any date of determination, an amount equal to the Class B Invested Amount less the positive difference, if any, between the Principal Funding Account Balance and the Class A Invested Amount on such date.
Class B Adjusted Invested Amount means, for any date of determination, an amount not less than zero equal to the then current Class B Invested Amount minus the excess, if any, of the Principal Funding Account Balance over the Class A Invested Amount on such date of determination.
Class B Adjusted Invested Amount means, on any date of determination, the excess, if any, of (a) the Class B Invested Amount on such date over (b) the excess, if any, of (x) the amount of cash and Permitted Investments on deposit in the Series 2014-1 Collection Account (after giving effect to any withdrawals therefrom on such date pursuant to Section 2.3(c)) on such date over (y) the Class A Invested Amount on such date.
