Unreturned Capital Contributions definition
Unreturned Capital Contributions means, with respect to each Member, as of the date of determination, the excess, if any, of (a) such Member’s aggregate Capital Contributions (other than Superpriority Contributions), over (b) the cumulative Distributions to such Member as a return of Unreturned Capital Contributions pursuant to Section 10.6(a)(iv).
Unreturned Capital Contributions means all Capital Contributions made by a Class A Member less any returned capital.

Unreturned Capital Contributions means, with respect to each Class A Member, at any time of determination, the aggregate amount of such Class A Member’s Capital Contributions less the amount of distributions received by such Class A Member (or its predecessors in interest) under Section 5.02(a) of this Agreement.
