Unreturned Capital Contributions definition

Unreturned Capital Contributions means all Capital Contributions made by a Class A Member less any returned capital.
Unreturned Capital Contributions means, with respect to a Member, an amount (not less than zero) equal to the excess of such Member’s aggregate Capital Contributions as of the time of determination over the amount of cash and Gross Asset Value of property previously distributed to the Member prior to such time pursuant to Article III.
Unreturned Capital Contributions means, with respect to each Class A Member, at any time of determination, the aggregate amount of such Class A Member’s Capital Contributions less the amount of distributions received by such Class A Member (or its predecessors in interest) under Section 5.02(a) of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Unreturned Capital Contributions

Unreturned Capital Contributions means, as to each Member, the aggregate Capital Contributions made to the Company by such Member minus the aggregate distributions of such Capital Contributions made to such Member from the Company pursuant to Sections 3.2(b) and 6.2(a)(ii) hereof.
Unreturned Capital Contributions means all Capital Contributions made by a Class A Member less any returned capital. Voluntary Transfer shall have the meaning set forth in Article 11.

Unreturned Capital Contributions shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.2(a) hereof.
