Capacity Charge definition

Capacity Charge means a charge for public facilities in existence at the time a charge is imposed or charges for new public facilities to be acquired or constructed in the future that are of proportional benefit to the person or property being charged, including supply or capacity contracts for rights or entitlements, real property interests, and entitlements and other rights of the local agency involving capital expense relating to its use of existing or new public facilities. A “capacity charge” does not include a commodity charge.
Capacity Charge means the charges payable to the Transporter in relation to the exit capacity required by any Supply Point, including in respect of those Supply Points connected directly to the National Transmission System;
Capacity Charge means the tariff for the supply of power from the Project as determined by the JKSERC for each Contract Year in accordance with the the JKSERC (Terms and Conditions of Determination of Hydro Generation Tariff) Regulations 2011 as amended from time to time or any other successor regulations;

  • The Capacity Charge shall be payable Monthly in arrears in accordance with clause 13.5; provided that no Capacity Charge shall be payable in respect of a Run-off Period or a Maintenance Period or any other period of unavailability (which shall include, for the avoidance of doubt and without limitation, any unplanned unavailability).

More Definitions of Capacity Charge

Capacity Charge means a variable charge, calculated in accordance with paragraph 6 of Part 2;
