Penalty Charge definition

Penalty Charge means a penalty charge which is payable by virtue of paragraph 3(1) and (2) of Schedule 3 to this Act;
Penalty Charge means the charge (if any) to be paid jointly and severally by the Core Member and Next Member (if any) to the Company pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Elite Family Alternative Membership Agreement and the e-Privilege, which is to be discussed more particularly in detail under Clause 5.3;
Penalty Charge means the charge (if any) to be paid by the Member to the Company pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Elite Superiority Extension Membership Agreement and the e-Privilege, which is to be discussed more particularly in detail under Clause 5.2;

More Definitions of Penalty Charge

Penalty Charge means the charge set by the Council under the provisions of the Road Traffic Act 1991 and following approval of the Secretary of State which is to be paid to the Council following the issue of a penalty charge notice and within 28 days of the issue of that notice;
Penalty Charge means the charge to be paid by the Member to the Company pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Elite Ultimate Privilege Membership Agreement and the E-Privilege;
Penalty Charge and “Reduced Penalty Charge” means a charge set by the Council under the provisions of Parts 6 and 7 of the Traffic Management Act 2004 with the approval by the Secretary of State for Environment, Transport and Regions which is to be paid in the manner described in the Penalty Charge Notice within twenty-eight days of the date of the notice or fourteen days of the date of the notice in the case of a reduced penalty charge.

Penalty Charge means the charge set by the Council under Section 72 and Section 77 of the 2004 Act, which is to be paid to the Council following the issue of a Penalty Charge Notice and within 28 Days of the issue of that notice;
Penalty Charge means an additional parking charge set by the Council under the provisions of Section 78 the 2004 Act and has the same meaning as Section 2 of Part 1 of the 2007 Regulations;
