Minimum Charge definition

Minimum Charge means the higher of the rate minimum and the rate applied to the Contracted Minimum Demand;
Minimum Charge means the result of multiplying the rates by the greater of the Rate Minimum as contained in the Rates, Options and Riders Schedules or the Contract Minimum Demand;

Examples of Minimum Charge in a sentence

  • The Minimum Charge for mortality and expense risk as shown on the Contract Data page will be computed and deducted from each Subaccount on each Valuation Date.

  • Any charge for mortality and expense risk or Riders above the Minimum Charge ("Excess Charge") will be deducted from monthly dividends paid by, and reinvested in, the respective Subaccounts.

More Definitions of Minimum Charge
