Capacity Payment definition

Capacity Payment means a payment to a capacity provider under these Regulations for its commitment to meet a capacity obligation during a delivery year;
Capacity Payment means the payment defined in Section 9.2 and Appendix A.
Capacity Payment means the monthly payment for Contract Capacity that Department makes to Seller as such payment is calculated pursuant to Section 2.02(a).

Examples of Capacity Payment in a sentence

  • If the Supplier elects CES Decommissioning in the CES Election, the Fixed Capacity Payment will be reduced by twenty-five percent (25%) and Monthly Payments will be calculated on that basis for the remainder of the Term starting in the first Settlement Month following the Buyer’s receipt of the CES Election.

  • Monthly Energy Payment plus the Capacity Payment [plus Other Charges (if applicable)].

  • If the Capacity Payment Discount in respect of any Month exceeds the Capacity Payment for such Month, there shall be no Capacity Payment in respect of such Month, and Buyer shall be entitled to no other adjustments as a result of such Availability shortfall.

  • Where the TAE Confirmation Notice indicates that the Buyer requires further supporting information determine whether a Tariff Adjustment Event has occurred, acting reasonably, the Supplier shall provide such materials to the Buyer by no later than ten (10) Business Days after its receipt of the TAE Confirmation Notice, failing which, the Buyer’s TAE Confirmation Notice shall be deemed to have rejected the proposed revised Fixed Capacity Payment.


More Definitions of Capacity Payment

Capacity Payment means the Monthly Capacity Payments and the Minimum Monthly Capacity Payments payable in accordance with Section 5.1.
Capacity Payment means the price payable by the Buyer to the Seller for Capacity, expressed in $/kW, for a certain period during the term of the Definitive Agreement less any adjustments based on the Actual Capacity Availability of the generating unit.
