Cannabis Laws definition

Cannabis Laws means all Laws and Contracts with Governmental Authorities, and all other statutory requirements, relating to Cannabis, including the Cannabis Act and all Cannabis Authorizations.
Cannabis Laws means Requirements of Law with respect to Cannabis Activities (i.e. excluding Requirements of Law of general application), including the Cannabis Act, Cannabis Regulations, and the Controlled Substances Act (United States), but excluding requirements in the organizational documents of any Person;
Cannabis Laws means any U.S. federal laws, civil, criminal or otherwise, to the extent that such law is directly or indirectly related to the cultivation, harvesting, production, manufacturing, processing, marketing, distribution, sale or possession of cannabis, marijuana or related substances or products containing cannabis, marijuana or related substances, including the prohibition on drug trafficking under the Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. § 801, et seq.), the conspiracy statute under 18 U.S.C. § 846, the bar against aiding and abetting the conduct of an offense under 18 U.S.C. § 2, the bar against misprision of a felony (concealing another’s felonious conduct) under 18 U.S.C. § 4, the bar against being an accessory after the fact to criminal conduct under 18 U.S.C. § 3, and federal money laundering statutes under 18 U.S.C. §§ 1956, 1957 and 1960, and any state controlled substances acts.

More Definitions of Cannabis Laws

Cannabis Laws means the Cannabis Act (Canada) and any other law, statute, rule or regulation in Canada or any other applicable jurisdiction (including any province, territory or other sub-jurisdiction) relating in any way to the production, cultivation, possession, storage, transportation, distribution, sale or use of cannabis and related substances and products, and including all regulations, official directives, orders, judgments and decrees promulgated under any of the foregoing.
Cannabis Laws means, all applicable State, provincial, municipal, and/or federal legislation and regulations governing cannabis, cannabis paraphernalia, cannabis products, cannabis accessories, cannabis extracts, and activities related thereto in the United States, Canada and other jurisdictions in which the Corporation operates the Business, together with any successor legislation and regulations thereto, and for greater certainty, includes the Cannabis Act and Cannabis Regulations.
Cannabis Laws means Applicable Law with respect to the cultivation, production and sale of Cannabis.
Cannabis Laws means, collectively: (i) the Laws of Canada and each of the provinces and territories therein applicable to the production, manufacture, cultivation, importation, exportation, advertisement, marketing, promotion, sale and/or distribution of cannabis, cannabis products and/or related products, including, without limitation, the Cannabis Act (Canada), the Cannabis Regulations (Canada), the Industrial Hemp Regulations (Canada) and the Excise Act, 2001 (Canada); and (ii) the respective regulations and rules made and forms prescribed under such laws, together with all applicable and legally enforceable published policy statements, orders and rulings of the applicable Governmental Entity in each such jurisdiction.
