In addition if the Software is identified as export controlled items under the Export Laws, Licensee represents and warrants that Licensee is not a citizen, or otherwise located within, an embargoed nation (currently, including without limitation the following countries: Iran, Syria, Venezuela, Cuba, and North Korea) and that Licensee is not otherwise prohibited under the Export Laws from receiving the Software.
Among other things, Seller shall ensure that all personnel, agents, freight forwarders and other vendors working for Seller to carry out its obligations under this Order are reputable, understand Seller’s and their obligations under applicable Export Laws, and are not on any U.S. government or other government authority’s list of persons or entities whose export privileges have been denied or limited.
